Clear Creek ISD describes its Realtor Certification Course as a way for real estate professionals to learn about the district’s schools, educational programs and benefits for students and families.
The district serves 11 cities, including League City. CCISD says real estate professionals are often among a family’s first local contacts, and the course is intended to help them provide informed guidance about the district’s Pre-K–12 programs and plans.
What participants receive
According to CCISD, professionals who complete the course receive an official CCISD Residential Specialist badge that may be used in marketing and correspondence. Their names are also added to the district webpage’s roster of certified residential specialists.
The page includes an extensive list of professionals and brokerages, along with links to information about CCISD’s Pre-K, elementary, intermediate and high school programs.
